目前,我国自主研发供应的LED芯片、外延片产量仍较为有限,产品以中、低档为主,研发技术较薄弱,而且大约85%的大功率芯片还得依靠进口。国内现有LED芯片技术主要是跟踪国外技术的发展,独创性技术很少,缺乏基础层面可持续性的研发,还没有形成自主知识产权的专利体系。对此,政府陆续出台的各种扶持政策,已在加大对关键装备材料国产化的支持力度,并通过鼓励产业内合作和产学研相结合等方式,逐步加快推动国内LED照明产业技术研发和应用实现的进程。
